Amazon stores, picks, packs, and ships your orders to customers.
Best for: Any seller on Amazon who wants Prime-eligible delivery.

- A 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge applies starting April 2026.
Amazon Warehousing & Distribution
Low-cost bulk storage that auto-replenishes FBA when inventory runs low.
Best for: Sellers who want cheaper storage and automated FBA replenishment.

- Smart Storage requires 70% auto-replenishment ratio + 70 days historical supply.
- AWD inventory does not count against your FBA capacity limits.

- East Coast rates are lower than West Coast.
- AWD is the storage backbone of Amazon Managed Service.
Multi-Channel Fulfillment
Fulfill orders from Shopify, TikTok Shop, or your website using FBA inventory.
Best for: Sellers who sell on multiple channels and want one fulfillment source.

- Integrations for Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
- A 3.5% fuel surcharge applies starting May 2026.
Multi-Channel Distribution
Ship inventory from AWD to your own warehouses, retail, or wholesale partners.
Best for: Brands that sell wholesale, DTC, or through retail alongside Amazon.

- Choose between palletized loads or small parcel delivery (box load).
- Same inventory pool as AWD — replenish FBA and off-Amazon from one source.
- Useful for brands that need to send inventory to retail partners, 3PLs, or their own warehouse.
- Rates revised as of January 2026.
Amazon Global Logistics
Door-to-door ocean and air freight from China/Vietnam to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Best for: Sellers sourcing from Asia who want end-to-end shipping to Amazon.

- Origins: China and Vietnam. Destinations: US, UK, EU (FR, DE, IT, ES), and Japan.
- Modes: Standard ocean (FCL or LCL), Fast ocean (US only), Air freight (CN→US only).
- Can ship directly to FBA or to AWD for storage + auto-replenishment.
- New sellers get a $200 AGL credit through New Seller Incentives.
- Fast ocean mode prioritizes speed over cost for US shipments.
Amazon Managed Service
Give Amazon your product info and pickup location. They handle everything else.
Best for: Sellers who want to eliminate supply chain complexity entirely.

- Managed Service users get the lowest AWD storage tier (Managed pricing).
